Raw Oysters - 12/22
We bought a sack of oysters before Christmas as we used to do when we lived in Slidell, LA. A sack today is 32 lbs. and costs $32. Before starting to shuck them, I counted about 100. These oysters were from Houma, LA and were salty and sweet. In my opinion, there are no better oysters than Louisiana oysters.

There's no place like Louisiana
Oh, how wonderful is this place we call Louisiana. We celebrate the people, the place, the food, the sights, the smells, the music, the cultures, the heritage, faith, friends, and family! And the list goes on. We are a state of many similarities and of many differences; we celebrate these.
